Austrians want to have a say in Praktiker

According to a report in the Lebensmittelzeitung (LZ), a German food industry magazine, an Austrian investment group intends to gain more influence on the German Praktiker group. The Austrians are led by fund manager Isabella de Krassny, who meanwhile has a 13 per cent stake in Praktiker in conjunction with Semper Constantia Invest. Information from the LZ suggests that de Krassny is planning to alter the composition of the supervisory board. Praktiker is offering no comment on the matter.
