The European Federation of DIY Manufacturers has relocated its legal base to Belgium to connect itself closer to European activities located in Brussels. The operational base is located in Germany within the office of Herstellerverband Haus & Garten, the German member association.

fediyma: the opportunity
fediyma provides the Federation’s membership with valuable opportunities for dialogue and exchange with retailers, suppliers and other trade associations around the world, as well as opportunities to pursue the development of trade on a European and global scale.


The Board of fediyma
fediyma is headed by a President, two Vice Presidents, a Treasurer and a Board of Directors. Reinhard Wolff of Herstellerverband Haus & Garten is the President of fediyma. François Corda of UNIBAL and David French of BHETA are Vice Presidents. Piet de Coninck of FEBIN is Treasurer. The Board of Directors is representative of the membership and the industry.


The future of fediyma
fediyma with its three founding member associations was just a beginning. Since its formation the Board of fediyma has welcomed new member associations and actively encourages other European Manufacturers’ organisations to join, as FEBIN and AFEB have done. The more members fediyma has, the stronger its influence will be.
